Premium quality rice that delivers consistent results and cooks perfectly every time. Uncle Ben's Original Converted Brand Long Grain Rice supports a healthy heart and a well-balanced diet. It is enriched with vitamins and iron, naturally fat free and certified by the American Heart Association. For best results, use the stove top cooking method: combine rice, water and butter (optional) in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat (medium, medium-low) and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
