Our casings are made of safe, non-edible material and ready to use straight out of the bag with minimal prep time. Ideal for making summer sausage, bologna, salami and other cured sausages. Chard Casings are designed to provide uniform volume and size which ensures consistent drying of sausages and evenly controlled cooking.
