50 foot high visibility, two color yellow and orange rope safety throw rope contained within bright orange bag. Should someone fall through the ice,end of rope is secured by rescuer, bag is then tossed out to the victim, who grasps the extended rope so they can be pulled to safety. A "must have" safety item for anyone traveling on the ice! Can also be kept in boats for open water rescues.
